El Museo Latino

Ygnacio Rivero:
Anacronias/Anachronisms 1984-2015 is a retrospective of work by famed photographer
Ygnacio Rivero. Rivero’s eye has always been drawn to places that were created by humans
and then abandoned, a kind of metaphor for life in his native Mexico. Anacronias/Anachronisms
gathers together 30 of Rivero’s important photographs from his storied career.

The exhibit will open Thursday, July 21, 2016, at El Museo Latino's new Third Thursday
Third Thursdays at El Museo Latino will begin at 6pm with the exhibit opening. A Salsa Lesson is scheduled for 7pm followed by open salsa dancing until 9pm. The galleries will be open from 6-9pm.
